Our network is designed to serve both the Customer and the Service Consultant efficiently. The customer makes payment to our network while you the consultant carry out the repair or diagnosis.

On completion of the Job, the customer certifies that the job has been done correctly and we will proceed to pay the service consultant while retaining a supervisory fee of thirty percent of the cost of repair. The customer is also expected to rate the service consultant to ensure continuous improvement in the quality of service rendered.

We provide constant technical support to enable the consultant complete the job satisfactorily and we are willing to provide special support tools that might be needed in the course of the job. We also provide alternate prices of spare parts to the customer to enable cost effective repairs.
